● Tuberculosis (TB): Part of combination therapy for active TB.
Dosage
● Adult Dose: Roughly the dosage for once daily therapy is 15 -25 mg/kg.

40-55 kg : 800 mg
56-75 kg : 1200 mg
76-90 kg : 1600 mg
Maximum dose of this drug is 1.6 grams.
● Pediatric Dose: 20 mg/kg/dose.

● Vision problems, dizziness, nausea.
