Cefpodoxime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, and skin infections. It works by stopping the growth of bacterial cell wall.
Common Indications of Cefpodoxime
● Respiratory infections (pneumonia, bronchitis)

Dosage and Administration
● Adults: 200-400 mg orally twice daily for 5-14 days.
● Children: 10 mg/kg/day divided into two doses.
